This Package can be used as both a one of learning resource or as a continuation of the Easy Start Package. This package has eight lessons all one hour in duration and will cover the topics, Communication skills, Vocabulary, Grammar and Pronunciation. With two lessons being devoted to each topic. The intention with this package is to take students to a more advanced level of English so the materials used will reflect that.
Here are some examples of the type of learning strategies I will use;
- Communication skills (examples) Learning to present more formal arguments when debating. Learning to engage listeners while communicating life stories and experiences.
- Vocabulary (examples) Learning idiomatic expressions, using euphemisms and learning vocabulary that is specific to a student’s area of interest
- Grammar (examples) Where to use participle clauses and using adverbs to emphasise certainty and intensity.
- Pronunciation (examples) Practising stress and intonation and developing natural sounding speech patterns.
These examples only give a snapshot of what I can offer. Each lesson will use whatever is required to target any gaps or weaknesses in your knowledge.
